The Marginated Tortoise is a very friendly and beautiful tortoise. They are an arid tortoises, which can hibernate in colder weather. These tortoises will only grow to be between 10 inches and 13 inches, with the majority of their size being the long rear margin of your shell (hence their name). Marginateds are also strictly vegetarians.
